I regnskabet aktiveres maskiner ofte som en helhed efter specifikke projekter eller fakturaer fra udstyrsleverand\u00f8rer. Eller aktiver tildeles forskellige aktivnumre sammenlignet med numre, der anvendes af vedligeholdelsesafdelingen. For Valuation Company betyder en afstemning mellem aktiver, men er ikke begr\u00e6nset til, (i) oprydning af aktiv-listen ved hj\u00e6lp af unik nummerering, (ii) adskillelse af maskinrelaterede aktiver fra bygninger og (iii) organisering af produktionsprocesser og udgiftscentre. Dermed bruger vi integrerede modeller uden at p\u00e5virke den regnskabsm\u00e6ssige afskrivning af aktiver. Fordelen er, at den tekniske afdeling kan aktivere omkostningerne til aktiviteter for de korrekte aktiver, og udskiftning af enheder i vedligeholdelses- og aktiv-listen kan behandles individuelt.
