In een financieringstaxatie wordt onder andere de liquidatiewaarde, marktwaarde vrij van gebruik of \u2018mortgage lending value\u2019 gehanteerd. Dit geeft de financierende partij inzicht in het risico van de kredietverstrekking. The Valuation Company helpt u hier natuurlijk graag mee.<br><br>\nThe Valuation Company voldoet met haar accreditaties aan de eisen gesteld vanuit De Nederlandse Bank (\u201cDNB\u201d), grootbanken, direct lenders en andere kredietverleners.<br><br>\nPer waarde grondslag kan The Valuation Company een afzonderlijk taxatierapport aanleveren maar wellicht heeft een combinatie van herbouwwaarde, marktwaarde en liquidatiewaarde de voorkeur in een financieringstaxatie. Dit draagt bij aan respectievelijk (i) bescherming van de investering en het onderpand, (ii) inzicht in de huidige waarde bij gelijkblijvende bestemming en (iii) de laagste waarde voor het onderpand
