Eine Anlagenabstimmung ist notwendig, da Buchhaltungslisten von Verm\u00f6genswerten oft unvollst\u00e4ndig sind oder nicht mit technischen Service-\/Wartungslisten \u00fcbereinstimmen. In der Buchhaltung werden Maschinen oft aggregiert gem\u00e4\u00df spezifischer Projekte oder Rechnungen von Ger\u00e4teherstellern aktiviert. Oder Anlagen werden anderen Anlagenummern zugewiesen als denen, die von der Instandhaltungsabteilung verwendet werden. F\u00fcr The Valuation Company bedeutet Anlagenabstimmung unter anderem (i) die Bereinigung der Anlagenliste mit eindeutiger Nummerierung, (ii) die Trennung von maschinenbezogenen Anlagen von Geb\u00e4uden und (iii) die Organisation von Produktionsprozessen und Kostenstellen. Dabei verwenden wir integrierte Modelle, ohne die buchhalterische Abschreibung der Anlagen zu beeinflussen. Der Vorteil ist, dass die technische Abteilung Kosten f\u00fcr T\u00e4tigkeiten den richtigen Anlagen zuordnen kann und der Ersatz von Ger\u00e4ten eins zu eins in der Wartungs- und Anlagenliste verarbeitet werden kann.
