Aktivarekonciliering er n\u00f8dvendig fordi regnskapslister over eiendeler ofte er ufullstendige eller ikke samsvarer med tekniske service-\/vedlikeholdslister. I regnskapet blir maskiner ofte aktivert samlet i henhold til spesifikke prosjekter eller fakturaer fra utstyrsleverand\u00f8rer. Eller eiendeler blir tildelt forskjellige eiendelsnumre sammenlignet med numrene som brukes av vedlikeholdsavdelingen. <br \/>For The Valuation Company inneb\u00e6rer aktivarekonciliering, men er ikke begrenset til, (i) opprydding i eiendelisten med tydelig nummerering, (ii) separering av maskinrelaterte eiendeler fra bygninger, og (iii) organisering av produksjonsprosesser og kostnadssentre. I dette arbeidet bruker vi integrerte modeller uten \u00e5 p\u00e5virke regnskapsmessig avskrivning av eiendelene. Fordelen er at teknisk avdeling kan aktivere kostnader knyttet til aktiviteter p\u00e5 de riktige eiendelene, og at utskifting av utstyr kan behandles \u00e9n til \u00e9n i vedlikeholds- og eiendelisten. Som et resultat utf\u00f8res fremtidige vurderinger mer effektivt.
