F\u00f6r The Valuation Company inneb\u00e4r tillg\u00e5ngsavst\u00e4mning, men \u00e4r inte begr\u00e4nsat till, (i) rensning av tillg\u00e5ngslistan d\u00e4r entydig numrering till\u00e4mpas, (ii) separering av maskinrelaterade tillg\u00e5ngar fr\u00e5n byggnader, och (iii) organisering av produktionsprocesser och kostnadsst\u00e4llen. D\u00e4rvid anv\u00e4nder vi integrerade modeller utan att p\u00e5verka redovisningsm\u00e4ssig avskrivning av tillg\u00e5ngarna. F\u00f6rdelen \u00e4r att tekniska avdelningen kan aktivera kostnader f\u00f6r aktiviteter p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt tillg\u00e5ngar, och ers\u00e4ttning av utrustning kan hanteras en-mot-en i underh\u00e5lls- och tillg\u00e5ngslistan.
